AkuAku SF: gps details for tokyo tidbits

This talks also a little bit more about the location part of this info... which is getting even closer to home for me.

I'd be curious to see a more detailed elaboration of why a mapping system change makes a difference. I mean, latitude is latitude, right? Perhaps one map is better than the other and that's it... or something.
