No MuVo2 anywhere...
Wired News: Cannibals Descend on MP3 Players
And they don't even go into the issue of the drive and player being sold separately on eBay.
This weekend we looked around for a muvo2 anywhere and couldn't find any.
If Creative could keep the supply going, this could become their best selling mp3 player even if people don't use it for mp3s. And I would also hope, as I think I've mentioned before, that it will help the volume of 4GB drives so they plummet in price as fast as possible.
We've been having some trouble with our Magicstor 2.2GB drive. We'd definitely read that people have used them with success in a Canon Digital Rebel but that the 2.4GB did have some problems. Sadly, we're having problems. That means we need to get a 4GB drive ASAP -- but I don't want to spend more the $200.
I wonder why the iPod mini drive doesn't work?
