This article on DevX is probably an overly simplified view of using PayPal features to create a store front on your own website. One flaw is pricing security... someone could come along, save the HTML to the page, change the price, load the page, and click the buy button with a different price. Granted, you'd be able to tell them to pay more because they didn't pay enough but it's a support issue as much as security. PayPal does allow the creation of a unique key that knows the product and price. This would be much better.
In any case, this just barely left my Link Cache category...
