MSN Groups Shut Down: Replaced by Multiply

Picture 6 I got this bit in my email recently:

As a valued MSN Groups or MSN Communities Web Folders customer, we want to notify you that the MSN Groups service will close on February 21, 2009 and you will have the opportunity to move your group to our new partner service, Multiply.

Picture 7 The only MSN group that I really follow is the Windows Live Writer one. So, I don’t really care that much. I’ve never heard of Multiply, though. Apparently, it’s the fifth largest social network. Not big enough, I guess, though it’s big enough to absorb MSN Groups. Weird.
